Mr Abdul Basit is graduated in accounts and finance from University of Houston in 2016. Previously he was working for LANDtek Builders as a financial advisor and joined FDM capital in 2020 as a auditor
Mr. Muhammad Munir has versatile and rich experience in banking, capital, commodity, and currency market. He is the sponsor major shareholder of FDM Capital Securities (Pvt.) Ltd and is managing day to day operations of the company under the leadership of Mr. Muhammad Farooq Moosa Dharwarwala. He has contributed his knowledge and experience in the capital market in setting up of Initial Public Offering, Underwriting Division, and Research Wing at FDM within a span of five years to support the corporate image of FDM.
Mr. Faizan Farooq is graduated from Middlesex University London in 2014. He was director of goodluck Industries limited from 2014 to 2016. He has gained rich experience in the capital market through his service in the FDM Capital Securities (Pvt.) Limited. At present, he is performing his duties as a Director- Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively.
