System and controls to resolve customer’s complaints
There are various channels through client can registered a complaint if any the main channels are through an email which is created for client convenience and through telephone call which ever channels opted by the clients to registered complaint after it is received it is forwarded to the compliance officer who contact the client and gathers all the necessary details for the clients the complains officers is an independent officers who has all the necessary access to gather information from all the department making a detail report by gathering evidence and report it to the concerned department once the complaint is forwarded to the relevant department the department head take immediate action to resolve the issues as soon as possible the complaint offices makes sure that’s the compliant is resolved according to the guidelines of PSX and SECP.

There is data base which is being compiled by the compliance officers for all the complains received to ensure efficiency immediate follow –ups of all the complaints an in additions the issues being resolved are compared with other account holders to ensure other account holder do not face the same problem.

In addition to this a code of conducts set by SECP and KSE is being monitored by the head of operations to ensure the company is adhering to them the head of operations also monitored the complaint processing procedures to ensure the complaints are resolved in timely manner.
